AutomateGhana only collects the information needed to deliver automation services on WhatsApp and other channels for Ghanaian businesses.

  • Phone numbers used to route messages and identify conversations.
  • Message content sent to or from your automation workflows.
  • Basic interaction metadata like timestamps, delivery status, and message IDs.

We do not collect unrelated personal data, and we use this data only to provide, support, and improve automation services.

How we process data

Your data is processed through trusted infrastructure that keeps messages flowing securely and reliably:

  • WhatsApp (Meta) for message delivery and business messaging APIs.
  • Automation infrastructure such as n8n, servers, and hosting providers that run the workflows.

Sharing and selling

We never sell personal data. We do not share personal information with unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only with the platforms and providers required to operate the automation services described above.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to deliver the automation service, support customers, and meet operational requirements. We aim for minimal, purpose-based retention and remove data when it is no longer required.
